Return shipping cost
Return shipping costs will not be covered by us if the final purchase value is less than €250 or if you order outside of Germany. The costs for shipping the goods to the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances.
In case of a return, the value of the return will be deducted from the original order value. From an order value of €250 the shipping within Germany is free of charge. If the order value is less than €250 after deducting the return, the delivery costs of the order will be charged. For example, if a customer orders €270 worth of free shipping and then returns €60 worth, the original order value is €210. The order then no longer meets the requirement for free shipping.
L'ANISÉ guarantees a refund provided that all items are returned in the same condition as when they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for the fitting). Furthermore, all tags and labels must be intact. As mentioned above, under no circumstances will the cost of shipping the goods to the customer be refunded.
