Our products are unique and made by hand. If something you love has sold out, you can reach out to us, and we can make a new one just for you.

Each of our product listings include garment measurements to ensure you find your perfect fit, or you can go directly to the size chart to find out more.

Our dresses are handmade in Europe.

We have a showroom in Frankfurt (get direction), where we showcase at least one size per piece so you can feel, touch our high-quality products and receive the advice from our fashion expert - Mrs. Anisa Kurtaj.

We can take orders from almost anywhere in the world! Please purchase your clothing through our website and be sure to list your correct billing address (incorrect billing addresses may result in canceled orders).

Shipping within Germany is free. EU shipping as well as to Switzerland and the UK costs €9,90. Shipment to EU countries, Switzerland and the UK is free of charge for orders over €150. International shipping costs €17,90.

Our processing team is usually able to process orders for shipment in one (01) day. During busier sales and seasons, we ask you for 06 to 10 working days for processing. After you place your order, you should receive an email with your order number. You will also receive an email with tracking once we have shipped your items. If you don’t receive an order confirmation or tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase, contact our Customer Support Team by phone at +49178-531-4558 or by email at info@lanise.de, and they would be happy to help.

You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us by e-mail at info@lanise.de or phone: +49178-531-4558 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail).

L’ANISÉ accepts all forms of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

You have to bring your order confirmation email and photo ID to the showroom and show it to a team member! Be sure the ID is valid and has not yet expired. You will not need to show your method of payment at the showroom.

You can collect your order during the following hours of business:

Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 18:00.

Return shipping costs will not be covered by us if the final purchase value is less than €150 or if you order outside of Germany. The shipping costs of the goods to the customer will not be refunded under any circumstances.

In case of a return, the value of the return will be deducted from the original order value. From an order value of €150 the shipping within Germany is free of charge. If the order value is less than €150 after deducting the return, the delivery costs of the order will be charged. For example, if a customer orders €170 worth of free shipping and then returns €60 worth, the original order value is €110. The order then no longer meets the requirement for free shipping.

Yes, the dresses that we have can be cleaned only with chemical cleaning.

Our E-gift cards can be purchased on our website using this link. They are delivered via email to the recipient and can be used, both in-store and online at lanise.com. They are usually emailed within a few moments of purchase. If you do not receive an email within 24-48 hours, please contact us (+491785314558), so we can check on this for you.

To get the dress for rent by L’ANISÉ, you must first choose the dress with the colour and size you want. You should then contact the staff on WhatsApp, phone, or email to make a reservation. Once you have found your desired model and have made the reservation you will receive an email from us with the reservation confirmation.

After the advance payment of the rental price has been paid, the selected model is reserved.

  • The rental period is seven days (from the day of dispatch to the day of the return).
  • Shipping is only possible within Germany. The dispatch takes place after payment of the deposit, in time for the desired rental period.

If you live in Frankfurt or the surrounding area, please call us or write us an email to make an appointment for a fitting in our showroom. At the scheduled appointment, we will be happy to advise you to find the right dress for your special event.

In case of personal collecting and returning to our shop in Frankfurt-Altstadt, the rental period is a maximum of four days. The deposit is paid in cash when you pick it up at the store. You also have to give a copy of your passport in the showroom.

Returns

The return or the return shipment takes place on the agreed date. We will reimburse the deposit after the condition of the outfit has been checked.

Please note: L‘ANISE Frankfurt is not responsible for the damaged dresses. There is no right to compensation. Thank you for your understanding.
