Rental period

The rental period is a maximum of four days. "Rental Period” means the 4-day period that you booked the dress for. It starts from the day you collect it in our showroom or the day you receive the dress via post (can be tracked via post service). Rental period ends on the day you bring the dress back to the showroom or the day you hand in the dress at the post (can be also tracked).

Please allow 2 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

For example, if you have an event on December 4th, you should rent the dress for 4 days from the December 1st, so you get your dress delivered at your door on the December 3rd, wear it on December 4th and ship it back on December 5th. We will then receive it back on the December 7th.
