L´ANISÉ can assure you that your dress is fresh and ready to be worn. We take pride in our clothing and through our affiliation with an eco-friendly dry cleaner, we can guarantee that your dress will arrive in new or like-new condition.​
Steaming is the best way to remove wrinkles from these delicate items. Removing and hanging your dress for a day before your session may also settle wrinkles. Cotton and silk fabrics may be ironed on low. Do not iron embellishments or tulle fabrics.

We have gone above and beyond to provide a detailed description of each dress in our inventory. We included a recommendation of the body type on which it would best fit. Our size chart is provided on the website to put your mind at ease when ordering. If it is your first time renting and the dress does not fit, please call us within 24 hours of receiving your item, during our regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at +491785314558 or email us immediately at team@lanise.com. Once you notify us, send us back the item and you will be refunded the rental cost, excluding delivery fee.​

Our service works on a first-come, first-serve basis. If someone else has booked the dress for the same dates as you want it, it’s no longer available during those days.
The rental period is a maximum of four days. "Rental Period” means the 4-day period that you booked the dress for. It starts from the day you collect it in our showroom or the day you receive the dress via post (can be tracked via post service). Rental period ends on the day you bring the dress back to the showroom or the day you hand in the dress at the post (can be also tracked).
We completely understand this. In case of personal pickup, please drop the dress off at our showroom the following working day before 2:00 p.m. In case of shipping, no problem, please hand in the dress at the postal office before 2:00 p.m.
Fortunately, we provide an extension service (subject to availability). If your event date changes, such as a photoshoot getting rescheduled, please contact us, and we may be able to extend your reservation depending on availability. The amount that we charge for a return date extension should vary based on the price of the rental. The calculation would be the rental price divided by the number of rental days, e.g., for a 4-days rent and a rent cost of 39€ each extended day will cost 9.75€.
GREAT NEWS! You may choose to purchase the dress at any time during the 4-day rental period and only need to pay the difference of purchase price to the rental fee. If you would like to cancel your order, please inform us immediately with the date of your rental and your name via phone, E-mail or personally in the showroom. In case of personal collection at the showroom, you will not be charged or will receive a full refund. In case you make an online rental order and you cancel before we ship the dress, you will receive a full refund. If the dress has already been shipped to you, you may receive a full or partial refund. In any case, you must bear the shipping costs.

If your item is returned late, the amount that you will be charged for a late fee should vary based on the price of the rental. The calculation would be the rental price divided by the number of rental days, e.g., for a 4-days rent and a rent cost of 39€, each day of delay will cost 9.75€.

We hope you care for our dresses as if you were borrowing them from one of your friends and that you will return the dress in the same condition as you received it. Please bear in mind that the dresses are not insured. After each rental, we examine each dress and in case a dress is stained or damaged, we will bill you the cost of cleaning/repair. In the worst case, this can be up to 100% of the retail price or current value of the dress.
Don't worry! We will take care of the cleaning after each rental. Please don’t try to clean the garment off its stains by yourself. ​ Please note that this covers only regular hygienic cleaning. In case of stains and spills, we need to treat the dress as damaged, please see question before.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for our „Rent a Dress“ service. ​ However, you will need to cover the costs of returning the dress back to us (usually 5 €). You are in a rush? We offer a next-day delivery option, which is charged accordingly.

We hand over valuable products to you at a fraction of the price. Because we trust you, security deposit is not required.
